Chocolate Icing
Ingredientes:
200g of cream
200g of chocolate coating
Preparación:
Bring cream to a boil at low heat. Once it starts boiling, remove from heat and add the chocolate coating dropped, stir until completely melted. Let cool at room temperature. Take ProCeli's Party Cake and fill it with this chocolate icing. Grease it well over its surface too. If you want to improve your presentation, you can add chocolate chips on top.
