Basic Mix
Ingredients:
400g Basic Mix ProCeli
320 ml of water
16g of yeast
Method:
Mix 16g of fresh yeast in 320ml of lukewarm water. Once mixed, add 400g of Basic Mix and knead into fine even dough. Make pieces and let them stand for 1 hour. Bake in an oven at 180 ºC for 25 minutes.
...to improve your recipe:
You can also improve your recipe by adding 16gr (a tablespoon and a half tablespoon) of sugar and 28g (one tablespoon) of olive, oil or butter or margarine. Add these two ingredients to the mixture of Basic mix and yeast dissolved in water.
