After 40 years of experience and family tradition in the confectionery sector, ProCeli was founded in 1997 to offer a complete range of premium quality, handcrafted gluten-free products.

We rigorously select the best gluten-free raw materials and natural ingredients. ProCeli products are handmade and slowly fermented and cooked to bring out their full flavour.

Our products have been assessed by national and international organizations and have earned Guarantee Mark certification from the Federación de Asociaciones de Celíacos de España, the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and the International Food Standard (IFS).
Research
Our R&D department specialises in researching and developing new gluten-free products that make the diet of people with celiac disease richer and more varied, backed by the advice of a renowned team of gastroenterology specialist doctors.
Awards
ProCeli is a leader in gluten-free sector research, and our efforts have been recognised with the Best Company Award for the use of new technology in 1998.
In 2006 ProCeli was presented with an Internationalisation Award by employers’ organisation CECOT and the Government of Catalonia in recognition of our commitment to internationalisation to position our products in the most demanding European markets.
